BOTANICAL BEAUTY FROM GROWN ALCHEMIST.

Who would have thought it? Two beauty post's in the space of two weeks! I do not know what is going on and why all of a sudden I have an urge to share my beauty findings with you but I am going to roll with it.

First things first can we just stop and appreciate the packaging of this product? At a glance I thought it was an Aesop product with its minimalist apothecary style packing but in fact it's Grown Alchemist, a brand I have never really heard off. I received this hand cream as a gift with purchase from Cult Beauty so I knew right off the bat that this was going to be a good product but I had no idea just how much my hands where going to love this.

Being someone that spends half of their time with their hands covered in paint from my latest DIY project I admit that I don't really look after my hands like I am supposed to. Most manicures don't even last past a handful of days and I am terrible at regularly applying hand cream.

This has changed dramatically since the Grown Alchemist Vanilla & Orange Peel Hand Cream dropped though my letter box. The scent is clean and refreshing, regular use has destroyed all dry patches on my hands and at £14 for a 65ml tube it won't break the bank either. My only gripe with this product is that fact that I find it a little sticky after application, not ideal for a desk hand cream but I just use it at night and wake up to super soft hands every morning.

Now that I have tried a product from this brand I really want to pick up a bottle of the Sweet Orange, Cedarwood & Sage Hand Wash to give my poor little paint speckled hands the full works every once in a while. Have you ever tried anything from Grown Alchemist? If so I would love to hear your recommendations!
PS. I would quickly like to say a huge thank you to one of my dearest friends Kat Spencer, the talented lady behind the illustrated background, for working with me to create some awesome new things that will be cropping up over the next few weeks!
