DIY: LABEL BAUBLES.

The first instalment of my DIY Christmas comes in the form of these cute label baubles. After the popularity of my Label Maker Ideas post I decided to follow the same vein and use my trusty Motex label maker to make some christmas decorations. I'm not going to lie, I am a little obsessed with my label maker and try to incorporate it into as many things as possible so keep your eyes pealed for more Christmas DIYs soon!

For this rather modern take on a bauble you will need a clear plastic 2 part bauble available from eBay for £1.99, roughly a 1000 sequins of your choice per bauble and a Motex label maker which you can pick up on eBay for £9.99. These baubles could not be easier to make, simply open up your bauble and pour in as many sequins as your heart desires, I found a 1000 filled roughly 1/5 of the bauble and left enough room for you to be able to shake them around and scatter them across the sides. Now comes the fun bit, pick any phrase, christmas themed or not, and get to labelling. I choose to add a little bit of festive sprit to these baubles without using the traditional "Merry Christmas" and think that my hint of Christmas adds enough of that festive spirit for me. I could not help but add a little bit of cheese to the final bauble and decided to add my boyfriends and I's names to make them that little bit more personal.

The options are really limitless with this idea as you can add any phrase or contents you want. You could even add gifts inside the baubles if you're looking for some creative ways to share small gifts this Christmas, I know I would be more than happy to receive a nail varnish tucked up inside a label bauble!
